What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods we accept are MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX and Klarna payments.
All online orders are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.

How are orders shipped?

Our orders are shipped discret and just like a regular package. No frills or "in your face" packaging here! We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We only charge one FLAT RATE shipping fee to you. Never any extra!
We are also able to ship to addresses with a PO Box, APO and FPO addresses.

How fast is shipping?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of your order. Transit time to you depends on your location and delivery service.
Note: We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for merchandise. All sales are final. Defective products are guaranteed for 30 days for a replacement; only a replacement for defective items will be given; we do not issue refunds.
If you believe your item is defective and falls within the 30 day period, please send us an ticket through your account / order history with your name, order number, defective issue. The guarantee warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage cause by accident, misuse, neglect or other use not in accordance with the manual. We reserve the right to refuse any guarantee warranty.
